The Guest Evening Pass is for guests of registered attendees who are not attending the entire Champions of Dentistry Summit. This pass allows access to the Gala as a guest of a registered attendee.
The Team Training Institute has negotiated a discounted rate at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel for Champions of Dentistry Summit attendees of $259/night plus applicable taxes and fees. We have limited number of rooms on Saturday, April 27 available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: This negotiated rate is guaranteed through April 2, 2024, based on availability.
You will be required to provide a valid credit card when booking your room at the Sheraton New Orleans. Any confirmed reservation not cancelled within 5 days of your arrival date will be charged one room night plus tax as a penalty.

Yes, you can change a name on an existing registration should a team member no longer be able to attend and a replacement can be made in their place.
Business casual is appropriate for all business and networking receptions at the Summit. The Gala Awards dinner theme is Masquerade, and we encourage you to dress up in your black tie optional best - and don't forget your mask! Best mask wins a prize.
