The workshop will be held 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. each day. Please plan to depart Phoenix after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday to be able to stay for the entire program.

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. There will be a short networking reception on Friday evening.

When you purchased your spot for this workshop you noted how many Drs. you would be bringing.  In addition to the doctors attending, you should plan to bring a leader or the best implementer from each area of the practice.  For example, one Hygienist, one Dental Assistant and a Front Desk team member such as a Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator or just great Front Desk team member.  When thinking through who should attend, keep in mind the key is not to have too many voices in the writing and construction of your worksheets that you will be creating, but you should at least bring a representation from each area to be sure that all areas are accounted for and have investment in the creation as well.  The key is to bring team members that are great implementors and have great understanding of how things run in their area to be able to contribute well to the process. We cant wait to see you there!
